Dial Test Indicator Calibration

AMECaL is a company specialised in Dial Test Indicator calibration services. Our dedicated team of experts is ready to meet the requirements of the most demanding customers. We have over 15 years of experience in working with different types, makes and models of Dial Test Indicators. Our company has ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation that was given to us by Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc and it is the highest award in the field of calibration.

A Dial Test Indicator (distance amplifying instrument) is any of various tools used to accurately measure small distances and angles and amplify them to make them more obvious. They help to measure something that naked eye cannot discern like small difference in height of two flat surfaces or other small physical deviations. These instruments are used in various industries such as technology, science and manufacturing (additive manufacturing, fabricating, machining). There are many different types of these instruments and various names are used to describe them: plunger indicator, drop indicator, test indicator, dial test indicator, probe indicator, pointer, clock, dial gauge and many others.

Our laboratory can offer two types of calibration services to its customers. We understand that every customer has custom requirements and  our laboratory can calibrate any Dial Test Indicator in accordance to the ISO 17025 standard (ISO 17025 Dial Test Indicator calibration) or the British National Standard (traceable Dial Test Indicator calibration).

AMECaL offers complex repair and calibration services to its customers. We offer a complete service package to all of our clients. Our laboratory is open for custom quotes.
